anyway, though you might know it already, indonesian people used to eat sweet potato leaf as a ‘lalapan’ (the way we called eating boiled vegetables with sambal/indonesian chilli sauce), or we just simply cook it in coconut milk and spices which called ‘sambal goreng singkong’ (we called sweet potato as singkong here)..both taste SEDAP!!
