lovely site indeed! Very enchanting – i stumbled across it on Google search when doing research for an article on Swiss Culture! Yep, love their food, i had the seafood grill combo and Chocolate fondue and it was lovely! Anyway, reason i was at Swiss Culture was to interview the manager for a publication my company is launching called the Lifestyle Book. It focusses on F&B, entertainment and Lifestyle. The beautiful thing is the book is aimed at helping charities and non-profit organisations raise funds and become self-sufficient.

Would love to have someone with your talents and culinary feedback in the team :)

Regards

Edmund

Hasn’t tried a good one that bowled me over yet, but neither have I tried alot of them as well. Speaking of which, Fullerton’s Chocolate Buffet does have some nice melted chocolate for sipping. The fondue was average though.

My ultimate chocalate wish, to sit in some Italian cafe and sip melted chocolate. Pure decadence…

A one-way ticket to Italy please…

And give me pacific dory over cod anyday! Pan-fried!
