This collagen hype is probably going to end just like anti-oxidant hype. A study done with green tea showed no decrease in cancer rates. Why? Because we’re already consuming anti-oxidants since we were born. They’re in vegetables and vitamin A & C are already anti-oxidants.

I give this hype about two years until ignorant people get smarter by actually learning how to read papers in science journals and stop buying this. Some scientists probably suggested a hypothesis that consuming collagen could do something for you, but she/he probably didn’t prove it yet. Get it? Good.

Bring along a spare bag to check-in. Or even two. Pack them up so they won’t burst/spill in case they’re thrown around by the baggage handlers.

Easy. But annoying if you never check bags in (I prefer not to)…

I’ve tried those drinks once, let’s just say it’s an acquired taste!

I’m counting on finding these collagen drinks at our very own Little Thailand.

Ahh yes! I have tried that Vitagen Collagen before. Speaking of collagen drinks, I saw a collagen coffee at the supermarket, too. NesCafé 3-in-1 Collagen Coffee! Can’t help but wonder if it’s all a gimmick.

Oh Vitagen also has collagen-ized version, but it’s only 500 mg per small bottle.
